The Harvest Project showcases the remarkable people and land behind our favourite Central Otago winery and bistro. We spent three weeks with Amisfield’s specialist winemakers, world-class chef, viticulturist, forager, and genius management, capturing the intricacies of their crafts. We developed a 6-part series to share this with Amisfield’s broader community. We saw first-hand the passion in their process, glimpsed the inherent challenges, and were inspired by the team’s commitment to creating their world-renowned product.
